Spray Park and Spray Falls are destinations along a great day hike in Mount Rainier National Park. Starting by Mowich Lake and taking the Wonderland Trail from there, Spray Park Trail splits off across up and down topography. Views from Eagle Cliff looking out across the mountain side of Rainier is a prime snacking spot, and then on to the big falls. Spray Falls spreads like shimmering lace across a bold rock surface, and it’s one of my favorite waterfalls so far. Spray Park is renowned for its displays of wildflowers in July, and its wide flat expanse provides viewing angles for many different distances and directions all around.
