Museo Gallery offers intriguing art and an occasional party for the locals of Langley on Whidbey Island. One such event is their annual Mardi Gras / Carnivale celebration. Guests are invited to dress up extravagantly. There is food, drink, lots of people spilling out onto the street, and fire spinners. Good mix of hanging out with hanging art.
