The Mt Bachelor ski resort includes a Nordic Center for cross-country skiers, with well groomed trails flowing through pretty forested countryside. The trail system includes beginner, intermediate, and advanced sections. The Nordic Center provides cross-country ski equipment rentals and lessons, if interested, and has plenty of hot chocolate to warm up with around its crackling woodstove. Snow conditions can be great there. The loop trails make for lots of options without the need to backtrack. Good stuff all around.
