Ever since 1915, the Maxwelton 4th of July has been an annual tradition on south Whidbey Island. It’s a low key but fun affair with lots of family entrants, tail wagging dogs, light costumes, old cars, and music. It usually attracts over 2,000 people, which is a big gathering for Whidbey!

My family would like to enter this year’s July 4th Parade. We have a Red Jeep pulling a “Red Flyer” trailer with grand kids. We will have our bags of candy also. Do we need to fill out any form? And, what time do we need to be there? Thanks, Tucker Stevens
