The Coupeville Wharf is a centerpiece of Coupeville’s historic waterfront district. It was built in 1905, and extends 500 feet out into Penn Cove so that farmers and merchants could load and unload supplies even at low tide a hundred+ years ago. It now houses a gift shop, restaurant, coffee place, local community radio station, skeletons of a gray whale and a dahl porpoise, and a dock for day and overnight moorage.
